The Voice Of The Voiceless
Hi, I’m Prince, but many know me as Mr3yourmind, the founder of Free Your Mind and Be3. I wear many hats: I’m an Author, Transformational Teacher, Violence Interrupter, Workshop Facilitator, Life Coach, Mentor, and Mental Wellness Coach. My mission is deeply personal—supporting young offenders, millennials, and anyone navigating life’s challenges to become the best version of themselves.
At the heart of my work is my own story, which I’ve titled The Power of Pain. Through this, I share a powerful message: trusting in your struggles is key to appreciating the journey of life. I’ve come to realize that the challenges we face are not setbacks but stepping stones, holding the potential to shape and empower us. My goal is to help others uncover the strength hidden within their pain and embrace the lessons that come with it.
I’ve often been called the “Voice of the Voiceless,” and I take that role to heart. I’m dedicated to empowering young people, whether in schools, prisons, or youth offending programs. Drawing from my own turbulent past, I guide others to free their Mind, Body, and Soul, showing them that transformation is always possible, no matter where they’re starting from.
Everything I do—from storytelling and coaching to mentorship and mental wellness work—is rooted in a holistic approach to personal growth. I create a safe and relatable space where people feel seen and understood. By sharing my experiences, I help others confront their past, overcome obstacles, and embark on a journey of self-discovery.
As a workshop facilitator, I build environments for introspection and transformation, where individuals can tap into their true potential. My work as a Violence Interrupter and mentor reflects my commitment to creating positive social change, helping others break free from cycles of pain and violence.
Ultimately, I’m not just a founder—I’m a catalyst for change, a guide, and a living example of what resilience and self-reflection can achieve. My life’s work is about showing others that no matter how tough the road may seem, there is always a way forward. Together, we can embrace the power within us to overcome challenges and create something extraordinary on the other side.
My Journey
I was born in Hamburg, Germany. My parents emigrated from Ghana, Africa, to Germany as teenagers. My early childhood was filled with love and warmth, but everything began to change when I turned 10. I started to notice a shift in my father’s affection, which left me feeling unwanted and unloved.
This void led me to seek validation and attention elsewhere. I gravitated toward older peers and quickly found myself drawn into petty crimes and drinking as a way to escape my reality. Through this experience, I developed a deep understanding of the struggles faced by young people growing up without the consistent presence of a loving father. I know now that much of their misbehaviour stems from a desperate need to feel seen, understood, and safe.
At the age of 15, feeling trapped in my home environment, I made the bold decision to move to London, UK. It was a new beginning, but it came with its own challenges. I became involved with gangs, started selling drugs, and was exposed to the harsh realities of exploitation and County Lines operations. For a while, I felt “special” and valued, but this dangerous lifestyle came at a heavy cost. One night in the chaos and adrenaline of the moment, I didn’t even notice I’d been stabbed, because my focus was entirely on my closest friend, who was critically stabbed. I held him in my arms, desperately trying to help but it was too late he died. This left me battling intense suicidal thoughts and relentless weight of PTSD.
Eventually, I hit rock bottom and realized I needed to make a change. In my darkest moments, I made the decision to turn my life around. I pursued higher education, earning a degree in International Business and Spanish, and built a family of my own. Becoming a father gave me the opportunity to provide the love, guidance, and stability I once longed for as a child.
Today, I have dedicated my life to making a difference. I am a life coach, transformation specialist, and expert in exploitation and County Lines, as well as a Violence Reduction Specialist. Through my work, I help young people and others affected by these issues to overcome their pain, find their strength, and create a brighter future. My personal journey enables me to connect with those I serve on a deep and meaningful level. I understand the root causes of their struggles and guide them toward real, lasting change.
My story is far from over, and I am continually striving to grow and make a positive impact. I believe I am one of the most compelling keynote speakers you’ll encounter, with a message that resonates deeply with those who hear it. Don’t just take my word for it—get in touch, and let’s create history together.
